Job Description:
We’re looking for a Talent Development Supervisor to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise leadership and capability programs. This role is critical in developing the Talent Development team, managing multi-step HR and learning initiatives, and ensuring programs are aligned with PSG’s strategic priorities. The ideal candidate has experience in talent development, HR program management, or training operations, is skilled at evaluating program effectiveness and translating data into actionable insights and excels in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful employee growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Capability Building – Lead and develop Talent Development Officers to ensure consistent program execution, skill growth, and quality across all initiatives.
Strategic Employee Development Program Management – Oversee planning, governance, enablement, and refinement of enterprise leadership and capability programs aligned with PSG’s strategic priorities.
Project Management & Operational Execution – Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs, tools, and cycles are executed accurately and on schedule.
Evaluation & Data-Driven Insights – Lead Level 1–3 Kirkpatrick evaluations, analyze learning and performance data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for program improvement.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Consulting – Partner with HR, Operations, ID, and Learning Delivery teams to resolve issues, align expectations, and support enterprise-wide adoption of Talent Development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Education, or Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of combined experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR, Training Operations, or HR program management.
At least 1 year demonstrating project ownership, coordination, or leadership responsibilities (formal supervisor experience preferred but not ).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Operations, SMEs, or support teams)
Exposure to evaluation tools, survey data, or basic analytics, even at a foundational level.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage program documentation, including guides, workflows, templates, and SOPs.
Willingness to work flexible night-shift schedules and in a hybrid setup.
Must be open to reporting onsite and traveling to other office locations when needed.
