Milwaukee Tool is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire high performing talent for salaried positions for our facility in Torreon, Coahuila. Primary responsibilities will be to creatively source, identify and screen active and passive candidates, engaging prospective candidates through digital touch points and pipeline development.

This position in onsite in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition, you’ll advise hiring managers and business leaders on best practices when selecting top talent.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with academic institutions and student communities.
    • A passion for engaging with students and building the future talent pipeline.
  • Represent Milwaukee Tool at career fairs, info sessions, and campus events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Leveraging a variety of technologies and communications to turn passive talent into active talent
  • Proactively identifying and sourcing talent for current and prospective job openings
  • Attending and participating in networking activities in the community; acting as a Milwaukee Tool Brand Ambassador
  • Monitoring trends in social media to steer candidate traffic
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried roles which includes:
  • Create attractive and compelling job postings and interview guides
  • Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
  • Manage offer approvals and extend offers
  • Onboarding coordination support
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights on hiring trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the recruitment process, evaluate and enhance candidate experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Establishing a database/network of candidates; keeping top talent engaged with our employer brand
  • Initiate alternative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidate utilizing social media, internet sourcing, referrals and networking to creatively source candidates
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What tools you need to bring with you:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on niche recruiting

Proven ability to build strong relationships

Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is an asset).

Experience with prospecting and proactive recruitment techniques.

Advanced English is required.
