Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for designated locations in North America, while also playing a key role in enhancing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through strategic social media content and CRM engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a slate of requisitions across O-I locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, and other tools.
• Create and curate compelling content to promote O-I’s EVP on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage and optimize our CRM (we use SmartRecruiters) to nurture talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the TA team on employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and performance.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent marketing.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and/or talent acquisition.
• Proven success managing requisitions and delivering quality hires.
• Strong experience with social media content creation and employer branding.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• French language proficiency is a strong plus.

What we offer at O-I: 

Salary Range:  The expected salary range for this position is between $75 K & $90 K. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
