Intro
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help shape the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and apply creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines. With a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify the essential responsibilities and core competencies for open positions
- Using creative sourcing tactics to attract candidates and effectively fill open positions
- Maintaining talent pools, searching for candidates for key positions and keeping frequent contact using different communication tools
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment process: preparing and publishing job ads, reviewing CVs, identifying potential candidates, organizing job interviews, selecting right candidates and issuing job offers for them
- Implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
- Joining additional HR projects and activities.
We expect You to have:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment area, either agency or in-house
- Excellent communication skills with the credibility to discuss technical skills and competencies, the ability to really see others and build strong relationships
- Experience in managing various stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Proactive problem-solving personality with hands-on mentality & customer orientation
- Great English skills, both speaking and writing
- Ambition to grow in Talent Acquisition field & become an expert in recruiting.
