Job Summary: | The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key strategic partner in shaping the department’s future by attracting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional faculty and staff. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating a seamless onboarding experience. The specialist will design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, ensure compliance with institutional and legal standards, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the department’s values and culture. Working closely with department leadership, HR, and search committee members, this position will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting the department’s academic and operational goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $59,073 - $75,141 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
