Your mission

You’ll join a talented in-house recruitment team where each Partner owns their own portfolio of roles, hiring managers, and delivery targets.

You’ll work closely with leaders, managing the full recruitment process from brief to offer. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, builds strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to translate technical needs into structured role requirements.
  • Keep hiring processes compliant with security, export-control, and data-handling requirements.
  • Source proactively and map niche markets across NATO-aligned regions.
  • Manage a structured pipeline in Personio — clean data, clear stages, zero leaks.
  • Run interviews with consistency and fairness using structured scorecards.
  • Track recruiting metrics (speed, conversion, quality of hire) and report insights.
  • Contribute to employer-branding materials that reflect STARK’s mission and culture of precision.
  • Improve systems and workflows — spot inefficiencies and close them fast.
  • Maintain close coordination with Berlin HQ and support project-based hiring surges.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in engineering, defence, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven sourcing ability: Boolean fluency, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.
  • Hands-on ATS experience (Personio preferred) and process discipline.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — direct, reliable, composed.
  • High situational awareness and professional discretion; you handle sensitive data confidently.
  • Structured, analytical mindset; you balance speed with accuracy.
  • Growth orientation — eager to learn, open to feedback, and steady under pressure.
  • Native Ukrainian with professional English (B2+). German is a plus.
