Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Talent Operations Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our global organization, specifically ensuring seamless process integration during Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), continuously optimizing our recruiting technology stack and acting as the voice of recruiting in cross-functional initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive Strategic Process Integration: Lead the continuous optimization of the global recruiting technology stack (specifically Workday) and execute the integration of acquired company talent processes during Mergers and Acquisitions to ensure compliance and speed.
Collaborate for Operational Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance, to influence decision-making and drive strategic improvements in operational policies and systems.
Lead Enablement and Governance: Oversee change management and enablement by governing process documentation and training resources to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools and compliance with organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, Human Resources operations, or a related field, with a focus on global environments.
Strong knowledge of Workday and the ability to deploy and prioritize large enterprise-wide systems, specifically within the context of Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, global change management, and optimizing end-to-end recruitment processes using methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience with proficiency in Google Workspace.
