The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining the right talent to support the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and communicate updates to candidates.
- Support employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and a positive employer brand image.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
