Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee and enhance the recruitment function, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. The role involves collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and leading the recruitment team. Additionally, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with employment laws, optimize recruitment processes, track key metrics, and provide guidance to managers and employees to support organizational goals and a positive work environment.



Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze workforce trends and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet organizational demands.
  • Create comprehensive recruitment plans leveraging various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Establish an employer branding strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, providing guidance on best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Oversee interview and selection processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and consistency.
  • Train hiring managers and interview panels on effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment performance and provide strategic recommendations.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
  • Maintains strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high levels of stress effectively.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and relevant rules/procedures.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
