We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to join our growing HR team.

This role combines Talent Acquisition and HR responsibilities, with recruitment as the primary focus in a fast-paced, growing organization, alongside selected HR project ownership.


What you’ll do

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and build sharp recruiting strategies.
  • Lead sourcing efforts across creative channels and build a strong, ongoing pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews (phone, online, onsite) while assessing skills, competencies, and culture fit.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Leverage LinkedIn sourcing, market insights, and benchmarks to drive high-quality funnel creation.
  • Stay up to date with hiring trends in the tech ecosystem.

HR

  • Partner with employees and managers on selected HR initiatives and processes.
  • Support HR-related projects in various areas.
  • Contribute to building scalable HR processes in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Collaborate cross-company to support org development and team culture efforts.

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in tech companies- must.
  • Hands-on experience conducting in-depth HR interviews.
  • Experience managing recruitment in fast-paced, high-volume or hyper-growth environments.
  • Global recruitment experience - advantage.
  • Experience using Comeet - advantage.
  • Experience in combined TA and HR roles or leading HR-related projects- advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Highly organized, independent, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent.
