Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquistion Apprentice to be based in London, UK.

As a Talent Acquisition and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you'll engage in a dynamic blend of academic learning and practical application. Your week will be divided between dedicated study for your degree, and actively applying your evolving skills and knowledge within the workplace. 

Alongside the course, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience while studying towards a recognised qualification. You’ll support the day-to-day hiring process across both experienced and early-career roles, helping to bring in the talent that drives Red Bull forward.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-energy, people-focused team. You will gain a strong grounding in the core aspects of business and management, understand the environment and the context surrounding the  business’ operations. 

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll achieve a BA honors degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

Job Description

Recruitment Coordination

Support the full recruitment lifecycle from posting roles to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and provide administrative support to hiring managers.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters).
You will focus on experienced hiring across the business with a strong focus on growing our talent benches using our Emerging Talent Programmes (Apprenticeships, Internships and Graduates)

Candidate Experience

Ensure all candidates receive timely, professional and friendly communication.
Help create candidate packs, interview guides and onboarding materials.

Sourcing & Attraction

Support the creation of job adverts and social posts that are clear, engaging and on-brand.
Attend careers fairs and events to promote Red Bull opportunities (when required).

Data & Process Support

Help track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate feedback.
Utilise Universum data to analyse key trends.
Identify process improvements and support implementation of changes.

Inclusion & Employer Brand

Assist with initiatives to drive inclusive hiring and improve our employer brand presence.
Contribute ideas for campaigns and content that attract diverse talent.

Course Details

This is a list of the main duties or tasks that the post holder will be expected to be competent in upon completion of the L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
Learn how to support the development of organisational strategies and plans.
Understand how a project moves through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation.
Learn how to plan, organise and manage resources in order to achieve organisational goals.
Learn how to manage budgets, controlling expenditure and production of financial reports.
Understand approaches to innovation and digital technologies and their impact on our organisation, and how their application can be used for organisational improvement and development.
Learn to build teams, empower and motivate others to improve performance or achieve outcomes.   
Learn to build rapport and trust, develop networks and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels. 
Use evidence-based tools and ethical approaches to undertake problem solving and critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to support decision making.
Drive to achieve in all aspects of work.  
Be flexible to the needs of the organisation.
 

Qualifications

A passion for people, communication and creating great experiences.
Curiosity and a desire to learn about recruitment and the world of work.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A confident and friendly approach to working with others.
Curious about talent, brand, culture and how great companies hire well.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office; any experience with an ATS is a plus but not essential.
3 or More A-Levels (Or equivalent) at Grade C or Above. 
As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
