Recruitment
• Independently source and attract candidates across all departments using various channels i.e. Recruitment Agencies, Linkedin, Pnet, Indeed etc.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, screening, interviews, case studies, professional references and offers, in partnership with hiring managers.
• Drafting and issuing employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with local law
• Build and maintain a careers page on website, and other suitable portals.
• Partner with leadership on annual workforce planning and hiring strategies, continuously iterating with changing business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and network for current and future needs.
• Keep the business informed of changes to local labour laws and how they affect recruitment.
• Provide accurate periodic data, reporting and insights on the Company recruitment efforts
• Align the recruitment strategies with South African Labour Laws
• Compile weekly Recruitment report
• Conduct Bulk recruitment for the Call Centre
• Develop, manage and ensure the implementation of the recruitment program
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Co-ordinate and document the probation review process and provide advice on performance management
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Officers and line managers with hiring and employment.
HR Administration
• Identify HR Admin best practices through benchmarking against other businesses
• Identify, design and ensure the development and implementation of a HR Administration processes
• Ensure that the internal HR Administration system is updated on a weekly basis
• Ensure that the data in the people system is used to inform various HR policies, processes and procedures
Relationship and stakeholder management
• Promote and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) adherence with service providers and other stakeholders, both internal and external
• Define service level requirements with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Reporting and data analysis
• Manage regular reporting structures to feedback critical Talent Acquisition interventions
• Participate in People and Culture forums, committees with the view to interact and lead discussion on the implementation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition strategy and constraints facing implementation
• Compile monthly and quarterly reports to evaluate progress
• Track time to fill for various vacancies
