Student Worker, Østbirk Visitor Experience & Employee Engagement

This is an on-site role, so you must be comfortable working from our campus in Østbirk being part of the vibrant everyday life.

Meet your future team

You will be part of the Visitor Experience & Employee Engagement team located in Østbirk. We are a small and collaborative team working to ensure smooth coordination of visits and events on campus. We value a proactive mindset, good service, and teamwork. As our new Student Worker, you will support the team in delivering great experiences for both guests and colleagues.

What we offer

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Plan and coordinate visits on campus.
• Prepare visits and events.
• Support with various ad hoc tasks.

What you will bring

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded, and eager to learn. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your tasks. This is a great opportunity to build experience and grow your confidence in a supportive setting.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Are currently studying. Your field of study is less important than your interest in service and coordination.
• Are willing to work on-site in Østbirk and be part of the team’s daily activities.
• Have good communication skills.
• Are fluent in both Danish and English.
• Are a proficient user of Office 365 (especially Outlook), and quick to adapt to new IT tools.
