Sr. Talent Development Partner - Columbia, SC (Hybrid)

The Sr. Talent Development Partner leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning and development strategies that drive organizational capability and leadership growth. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring programs align with organizational priorities and foster a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement advanced learning strategies for leadership and enterprise programs.
  • Design and deliver high-impact training for diverse audiences in virtual and in-person formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Integrate innovative instructional methods and technologies to enhance engagement.
  • Evaluate programs using performance metrics and business impact analysis.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR to align development initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • Provide coaching to leaders and high-potential employees while driving digital learning adoption.
  • Leverage LMS and e-learning tools to deliver scalable solutions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Represent Learning & Development in strategic planning forums and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in learning & development, including instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development.
  • Certifications: Advanced credentials such as CPLP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strategic Consulting: Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on talent development strategies.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Expertise in delivering high-impact learning and executive coaching for high-potential talent.
  • Analytical & Tech Skills: Proficiency in program evaluation, LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaboration & Change Leadership: Skilled in cross-functional partnerships and driving adoption of new learning initiatives.

Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity/experience with Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS).
