- Manage end to end recruitment cycle: from job analysis to kick off to final acceptance.
- Scoping includes drafting role profiles, sourcing, screening, managing the candidate experience, running debriefs, negotiating offers, and closing.
- Building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networks and direct outreach.
- Advising hiring managers on market mapping, candidate quality, role calibration, process design and closing strategy.
- Developing deep expertise and seeking continuous learning in-focus area, with the ability to understand and speak in detail about functions, culture, and role responsibilities and showcase them to potential candidates
- Creating repeatable hiring systems, including interview plans, scorecards, candidate communications and reporting.
- Strengthening employer branding and driving talent pipelines and outreach initiatives, including early talent programs, university partnerships, and regional career fairs
- Supporting the continuous optimization and team navigation of Applicant Tracking System (Personio) and HRIS systems to streamline and scale the recruiting function.
