About the Role
Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic and hands-on recruitment professional responsible for leading full-cycle talent acquisition initiatives across key business functions. This role applies advanced knowledge of talent acquisition best practices to deliver effective staffing solutions, enhance the candidate experience, and advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent-market dynamics. The incumbent operates with broad scope and independence, influences hiring decisions, and supports improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Partnership
- Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across assigned functional areas (e.g., technical, administrative support, finance and accounting), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce strategies.
- Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define role expectations, hiring profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Advise on market trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, candidate experience improvements, and diversity-focused hiring approaches.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., direct sourcing, social recruiting, networking, employer branding) to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs, leveraging workforce planning insights where available.
Selection & Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and behavioral interviews to evaluate fit against required competencies and organizational culture.
- Facilitate structured interview processes with hiring teams, including competency-based evaluation and feedback alignment.
- Ensure high standards of candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
Process & Systems Excellence
- Manage recruitment workflows in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, and hiring practices.
- Coach and mentor junior HR and recruiting team members to support capability growth.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 + years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally including experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, assessment best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret talent market data and recruitment metrics.
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Impact & Scope
- Operates as a subject-matter expert within the Talent Acquisition function, influencing hiring outcomes across business units.
- Applies advanced professional expertise with limited supervision, optimizes complex recruitment processes, and drives hiring excellence across the organization.
- Provides coaching and work guidance to less-experienced recruiters and HR colleagues as required.
