Your role
To support our HR team at Pepco, we are currently looking for a Freelancer (m/f/d) in the area of People Operations with a focus on HR systems, operational processes, and the integration of SAP Employee Central and Personio.
Your profile
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, ideally within an international environment
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including contracts, absences, employee data management, and HR compliance topics
- German Labour Law: Solid knowledge of German labour law and HR-related compliance requirements
- HR Systems & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with SAP Employee Central and Personio, confident handling HR systems and employee data, as well as good MS Office skills
- Languages: Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
