What you will be doing
Be a key member of our Global People Operations Team, providing support across multiple countries, with a focus on India, Malaysia, Japan and Australia.
Serve as a customer advocate for the People Operations Team, promoting our products and services positively and delivering exceptional support.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including monthly payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Lead New Hire Orientation for India and APAC, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and seamless onboarding experience that sets employees up for success and aligns with global standards.
Collaborate and engage with CoE’s, Business Partners and Tier 1 People Operations to deliver outstanding employee experience.
Deliver exceptional experiences to our employees and managers across the globe, answering incoming queries relating to People processes, policies, and practices, through our case management systems.
Review and update People Team processes in response to policy changes, new policy implementations, and updates to local laws and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to support successful program launches.
Ensure all service standards are met as per the agreed Service Level Agreements and drive operational excellence by maintaining living and breathing standard operating procedures.
Identify trends in employee queries, propose, and implement solutions to simplify user journeys. Actively contribute to developing and maintaining the employee knowledge base to promote self-service and easy access to information.
Proactively propose and drive improvements to streamline and automate People processes.
Contribute and/or lead Global and regional projects focused on process automation, optimization, compliance, and employee experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of three days per week in our Bengaluru office. Effectively manage collaboration across multiple time zones, including evening calls to accommodate EMEA and US team members.
What you bring
5+ years relevant People Operations and/or HR Shared Services experience in an international organization. SaaS company experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Workday for managing employee lifecycle transactions and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow experience is a plus).
Proven ability to manage end-to-end employee processes, from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive collaborative outcomes.
A self-starter mindset, capable of working independently, prioritizing effectively, and ramping up quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of process improvement and leveraging tools or AI to enhance efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people and a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience in a dynamic environment.
