The Senior Executive will be critical in managing HR operations and fostering a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce in the warehouse environment. This position oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, training, and safety protocols to support operational efficiency.
Role Title: Senior Executive, People & Culture
Role Expectations:
The role will be based out of Bhiwandi Warehouse and involves 6 days of working.
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Collaborate with the operations team to forecast manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring in partnership with our Vendor Partners
- Work on assimilation of new hires in the system for maintaining optimum productivity
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as warehouse employees' first point of contact regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Address grievances promptly and effectively to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
3. Compliance and Records Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Independently address and deal with any policy violations on the ground
4. Payroll and Attendance
- Oversee payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage attendance systems and resolve discrepancies.
- Administer leave policies and monitor leave balances.
5. Training and Development
- Identify training needs for warehouse employees and coordinate training sessions.
- Support skill development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
6. Workplace Safety and Health
- Promote workplace safety by organizing training on safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
7. Performance Management
· Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and feedback sessions.
· Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
8. HR Systems and Reporting
· Use HR systems to manage employee data and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
· Regularly update workforce metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
Role Deliverables:

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
