About the Role
We are hiring a Recruitment Marketing & Job Content Specialist to support a US-based staffing company with high-volume job description creation, job board readiness, and marketing content support. This role primarily focuses on producing clear, accurate, and compliant job descriptions, organizing content in SharePoint, and ensuring consistency with established branding and templates.
This position may also provide light sourcing/recruiting support as needed. You will collaborate closely with a US-based Marketing supervisor and various recruitment teams.
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays ; US business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) ; US Holidays to observe
Work set-up: Remote (Philippines)
What you’ll do:Primary Responsibilities (Core Scope):
Write and edit high-volume job descriptions (approx. 7 per day) using branded templates.
Ensure all job postings comply with US state-specific rules, including pay transparency requirements (e.g., California, Illinois).
Maintain brand voice, structure, tone, and formatting across all job descriptions.
Organize and upload documents into structured SharePoint folders by office or client.
Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure job descriptions are job-board-ready.
Update job descriptions as client needs change (pay rates, shifts, requirements, etc.).
Support social media content scheduling (typically 3 posts per week) across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google pages, etc.
Update simple marketing materials (flyers, graphics) using Canva templates.
Make occasional updates in Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat) if capable.
Assist with candidate sourcing on job boards.
Screen profiles to help identify qualified candidates for recruiters.
Provide supplemental recruiting support during peak workloads.
Must-Have Skills:
3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, copywriting, staffing support, talent acquisition support, or similar fields.
Strong English writing skills and the ability to produce clear, polished copy at volume.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and understanding of template-driven formatting.
Experience with SharePoint or structured document management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across many documents.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must be able to work 8 AM–5 PM EST and observe US holidays.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Canva experience (basic design updates).
Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat).
Experience supporting or understanding the US staffing industry.
Background in sourcing or recruiting is a plus.
