Opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bryanston for a recruitment company. Previous experience as a Recruiter is essential. As a Recruiter you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging with exceptional candidates for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process by coordinating interviews, pre-screening candidates, and handling recruitment related administration.
- Source and identify candidates using all platforms available Career Junction, LinkedIn, Pnet, Database etc.), and attract potential candidates via email/LinkedIn recruiter.
- Assist in formatting candidate CVs according to company templates and gathering necessary documents to support.
- Proficient in updating, maintaining, and managing candidate information in systems like Placement Partner.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with available vacancies.
- Skills in managing recruitment databases, updating candidate information, and performing bulk changes as needed.
- Arrange interviews, scheduled meetings, and organized appointments with precision to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Attend client briefing sessions to discuss available Job Opportunities and Recruitment processes.
- Conduct reference checks to validate candidate qualifications and background, supporting the selection process.
- Skills in conducting exhaustive Boolean searches to find suitable candidates for specific roles.
- Manage Candidate Pools: Oversee candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current and future opportunities.
- Generate Recruitment Reports: Produce monthly reports highlighting crucial talent acquisition metrics.
- Generate and Review Weekly Reports: Create a weekly report spreadsheet and review weekly recruitment reports from the team.
- Seek Market Insights: Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in sourcing, assessment, and attraction methodologies.
Minimum requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Matric certificate
