Your role

As People Operations Manager at Yoshi en, you take on a pivotal role in shaping and stabilising the HR operations of our growing multi-brand eCommerce group in Germany. With a strong focus on payroll, HR administration, and legally compliant processes, you ensure that our people operations run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably across our brands.

You will manage monthly payroll, maintain HR processes and systems, and act as a trusted point of contact for our employees. Working closely with our Head of People & Organisation, you help build a scalable HR foundation that supports both our business growth and our people. If you enjoy structure, clarity, and responsibility, and take pride in being a calm and reliable pillar of HR, we’d love to hear from you.

Core Focus: HR Operations & Payroll Excellence
  • Payroll Ownership & Compliance: You take full end-to-end responsibility for the monthly payroll process in close coordination with external payroll providers. You ensure accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with German labor, tax, and social security regulations.

  • Stakeholder Management & Employee Relations: You act as the central HR point of contact for employees across three brands in Germany and provide professional guidance on payroll, contract, and policy-related matters.

  • HR Administration & System Excellence: You are responsible for digital HR administration in Personio, including maintaining personnel files, contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: You continuously develop, implement, and optimize HR processes, policies, and standards.
You proactively identify improvement opportunities, drive efficiency gains, and implement new tools or process enhancements in a structured and sustainable way.

  • HR Projects & Special Topics: You take ownership of selected HR projects and complex special cases, such as visa processes, advanced payroll matters, or occupational health and safety topics.

Your profile
  • Several years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll, ideally in a dynamic or growing environment

  • Strong knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law

  • A structured, detail-oriented, and self-reliant working style

About us
Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.

Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 350 employees from more than 40 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.

We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.
