Meet your future team
You will be joining our Global Employer Branding team, which is part of the People & Organisation function. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of P&O Development. This area also includes Recruitment, DE&I, People & Leadership Development, and Talent & Organisation Development and you will be a member of the P&O Development management team.
The Global Employer Branding team consists of two Global Employer Branding Consultants and one student assistant. The team is recognised for its energy, curiosity, and courage, and for fostering an open-minded culture built on mutual respect.
As a center of excellence, the team holds full responsibility for the VELUX global employer brand from strategic development to project management and operational execution. The team works in close collaboration with colleagues across People & Organisation, Brand Management, Global Marketing, and External Relations to elevate our employer brand worldwide
What we offer
As our Manager, Global Employer Branding, you will be leading VELUX employer branding efforts. While leading a team of three specialists, you will put employer branding high on VELUX agenda and ensure a clear and value-adding direction to improve VELUX employer brand even further.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a minimum of five years of experience working strategically within global employer branding in a large organisation. Additionally, you have a minimum of two years of experience leading people.
