Meet your future team  

You will be joining our Global Employer Branding team, which is part of the People & Organisation function. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of P&O Development. This area also includes Recruitment, DE&I, People & Leadership Development, and Talent & Organisation Development and you will be a member of the P&O Development management team. 

The Global Employer Branding team consists of two Global Employer Branding Consultants and one student assistant. The team is recognised for its energy, curiosity, and courage, and for fostering an open-minded culture built on mutual respect. 

As a center of excellence, the team holds full responsibility for the VELUX global employer brand from strategic development to project management and operational execution. The team works in close collaboration with colleagues across People & Organisation, Brand Management, Global Marketing, and External Relations to elevate our employer brand worldwide

What we offer  

As our Manager, Global Employer Branding, you will be leading VELUX employer branding efforts. While leading a team of three specialists, you will put employer branding high on VELUX agenda and ensure a clear and value-adding direction to improve VELUX employer brand even further. 

  

More specifically your tasks will be to:   

  • Define our global employer branding strategy on an ongoing basis and outline the priorities and activities of the Global Employer Branding team accordingly 
  • Collaborate closely with our Regional HR Directors and our Executive Vice President for People & Organisation to ensure a business-need driven approach  
  • Ensure smooth collaborations with Brand Management, Global Marketing, External Relations, and other relevant areas in VELUX, on a senior stakeholder level 
  • Develop our team of Global Employer Branding Consultants to perform and thrive at their best 

What you will bring  

To thrive in this role, you will bring a minimum of five years of experience working strategically within global employer branding in a large organisation. Additionally, you have a minimum of two years of experience leading people.  

Moreover, we expect that you:   

  • Hold a degree within Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant discipline 
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and deliver relevant employer branding solutions
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in overseeing substantial employer branding initiatives, including EVP development and projects that span multiple functions and regions
  • Leverage digital opportunities to design innovative and scalable employer branding solutions  
  • Propose and use employer branding metrics to track and demonstrate progress 
  • Possess complete fluency in English, both written and spoken
