Purpose of Role
To coordinate and provide administrative support for the effective implementation of learning, development, and talent management programs as directed by the manager. This role ensures the smooth execution of training and succession planning activities, maintains accurate records and reports, facilitates communication with stakeholders, and supports the integration and development of employees, interns, graduates, apprentices, and students in alignment with Tharisa’s talent management and workforce objectives
