Job Description:
- Deliver fundamental Learning & Development duties, including design and the delivery of entry-level programs such as orientation, guest service, work effectiveness, language and computer training
- Leveraging eLearning platforms and digital tools to create engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences for team members across various locations and schedules
- Coordinate pre and post trainings arrangements with other departments.
- Track attendance of all training and provide reports to departments on status of employees; provide training reports to internal and external parties.
- Coordinate all internal and external training include training venue set up, enrollment, preparation of training materials and scheduling of training classes, etc.
- Participate in training course design, development and delivery, while considering the effectiveness of different methodology such as classroom training, eLearning, blended learning etc.
- Assist the Learning & Development team in research and development of training courses.
- Create and design training promotion communication including training posters, calendar, enrollment announcements and all related collaterals
- Coordinate and support any learning and L&D related seminars and events
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, Training or related field. Experience in adult education will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline.
Holding certificate/diploma in Education will be an advantage - Excellent language skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Possess knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in graphic design, photo/video editing, eLearning software will be an advantage
- Knowledge in information system; principles and methods for curriculum design and training design, teaching and instruction methods for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness
