Robbins Recruiting has partnered with an organization in Fort Worth, TX searching for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This position will be a key liaison between employees and leadership. Utilizing ADP Workforce Now, the HR Director will ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with Texas and federal employment laws, and support the company’s growth to over 50 employees in the coming years. This role requires a strategic leader who can build scalable HR processes while maintaining a hands-on approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This position is on site in Fort Worth, TX.

Strategic HR Leadership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company’s financial and operational goals.
Advise on organizational structure changes to support expansion, including defining roles and reporting lines.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting openings on platforms integrated with ADP Workforce Now, and conducting interviews.
Design and implement a streamlined onboarding program to integrate new hires, including orientation sessions, training on company systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), and cultural assimilation.

Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, mediating disputes and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct engagement surveys and manage disciplinary actions, documenting in ADP Workforce Now.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Construct compensation packages of new employees and collaborate in payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy in hours, deductions, and employee benefits.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, managing open enrollment and employee communications.

Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with Texas-specific employment laws and federal regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now, including I-9 forms, tax documents, and personnel files, ensuring audit readiness.

Performance Management:
Train managers on conducting effective performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and setting development goals.
Facilitate annual performance reviews, ensuring timely completion and documentation.

Policy Development:
Draft, update, and communicate employee handbooks and HR policies to reflect company values, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Train employees and managers on policy updates, distribute and track acknowledgment forms.


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now for payroll, benefits, recruiting, and reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
$120,000 - $120,000 a year
