As a dedicated mental health non-profit in Pinellas County, Florida, we offer a full spectrum of services, from crisis intervention and emergency screenings to inpatient care and community programs, many of which are available 24/7/365. Job Function: Oversees that strategic and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department (HR). Facilitates positive employee relations and effective internal communication among leadership and staff. Performs administrative tasks including recording and analyzing employment data and employee skillsets. This position reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) of an Administrative Services Organization (ASO) and provides direct supervision to one (1) HR Assistant.
