You will be focusing on:
Local HR Talent Support
National People Operations Support
What you bring to the role:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with exposure to payroll processing.
Excellent working knowledge of Workday for HR management (strong asset).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with internal event planning and coordination is a plus.

As a result, a good working knowledge of both languages is required, since you will communicate frequently with colleagues in other provinces in both languages.
