As an Employee Experience Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation. What you can expect to do here:

 

  • Manager Coaching & Development: Partner with managers to build leadership capability and provide guidance on WSP programmes and policies. 
  • Employee Support: Educate employees on available resources and provide coaching as needed to enhance engagement and performance. 
  • Performance & Development: Guide Managers in the annual perfomance cycle and support the creation of Personal Development Plans. 
  • Employee Relations: Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans with fairness and consistency. 
  • Return-to-Work Programmes: Coordinate and manage return-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with policies and supporting employees’ reintegration. 
  • Termination & Severance Management: Oversee termination processes, including preparing
  •  documentation, calculating severance packages, and ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements. 
  • Facilitate training: Help talent enablement with delivering various trainings throughout the year.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute People & Culture initiatives within the business and ensure compliance with policies and processes. 
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the processing of employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

 

What you’ll bring to WSP:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR advisory or employee relations roles, ideally in a complex, matrixed organisation. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust. 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills. 
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Professional fluency in French required
