Duties & Responsibilities
- 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years at group level
- Postgraduate HR qualification (master’s advantageous)
- KPI Frameworks & Performance Management
- HR Compliance & Regulatory governance
- People strategy aligned to business objectives
