As an Employer Branding and Culture Lead, your mission is to lead and evolve Luminor’s employer branding and internal culture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, talent acquisition needs, and employee engagement priorities. This role will shape how Luminor is perceived both internally and externally, making it the employer of choice across the Baltics.
You will make an impact through:
🎯 Employer Branding Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy aligned with Luminor’s values, EVP, and business priorities
- Lead external EB campaigns (e.g., social media, career fairs, job boards) and internal initiatives (e.g., onboarding, referral programmes, etc.)
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Marketing, and Communications to ensure consistent messaging across all candidate and employee touchpoints
- Plan and execute internal and external communication related to EB initiatives
🎉 Culture Development & Engagement
- Drive cultural transformation programs, including feedback culture, values, and desired behavior activation, through change
- Contribute towards employee engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable culture initiatives
- Organize engaging internal events that foster employee connection, boost morale, and strengthen the sense of belonging within the company culture
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the go-to person for EB queries for managers, employees, and HR colleagues
- Lead cross-functional projects with HR, Communications, and Business Units to enhance employee attraction, experience, and retention
- Represent Luminor in external forums and partnerships related to employer branding and workplace culture
- Ensure smooth collaboration with external partners and organizations
📏 Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding and culture initiatives using KPIs such as engagement scores, retention rates, and campaign ROI
- Continuously improve strategies based on data, feedback, and market trends
Expected expertise:
- Proven experience in employer branding (at least 2 years)
- Preferred experience in internal communications, or culture transformation (ideally in a multi-country setting)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle
- Excellent storytelling, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Events management skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

- Gross salary: 3,260 - 4,900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
