Role Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Employer Brand, you will lead our digital and social content strategy to strengthen LSEG’s employer brand and support hiring goals. You’ll manage our careers website, job boards, company pages, and talent community, ensuring our messaging attracts diverse top talent. This will include vendor management and platform administration to effect high-quality brand content.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters, business partners, and external vendors, building positive relationships across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition. You’ll empower recruiters as brand ambassadors, providing tools and training to enhance candidate engagement.

Curiosity and adaptability are key, as you’ll deliver impactful solutions in a fast-changing, tech-driven sector. This individual contributor role has global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve our digital and social content strategy to strengthen LSEG’s employer brand and support hiring goals.
  • Maintain and grow LSEG’s careers social media presence and content calendar, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment across all relevant digital and social platforms.
  • Develop innovative, cohesive content and campaign assets to differentiate LSEG as an employer of choice to top talent, using consistent and brand-aligned messaging across LSEG.com, social channels, videos, and campaigns.
  • Manage external careers channels, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to recruiters and business partners, providing guidance on campaign strategy, content creation, and digital advocacy, developing learning and development initiatives to enable, up-skill capability and employee advocacy.
  • Leverage technology, AI, and talent intelligence capabilities to drive impactful employer brand and candidate engagement solutions, including the rollout and enablement of key recruitment, integration, candidate experience, and productivity tools.
  • Emphasis on effective vendor management and platform administration, including process efficiencies and adherence to brand and technology compliance standards, to effect high-quality brand outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, platform governance, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance, using insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring quality and compliance in all communications.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience crafting people-focused content and storytelling that positioning LSEG authentically and attracts high-quality, targeted candidates.
  • Strong track record in recruitment marketing, covering the full lifecycle of campaign design, delivery, optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills - proactive approach, empowering and influencing business contacts at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate complex data stories in a clear and visually impactful way.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-focused, with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations; experience in finance and/or fintech is an advantage. Global, cross-functional experience is an advantage.
  • Technical proficiency across social channels and platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Adobe, Hootsuite, GaggleAMP, Broadbean, Beamery, Workday, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Naturally curious and initiative-taking in learning about Talent Acquisition/Employer Brand trends and how tech/ AI are driving change.
