As the Employer Brand & Attraction Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the groups employer brand and ability to attract talent. This role ensures that Culina Group is positioned as an employer of choice through compelling messaging, campaigns, and candidate experiences. It will work closely with job boards, social platforms, and recruitment marketing channels to optimise spend and measuring ROI to maximise candidate engagement and conversion.
