About the Role
As the Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of seven professionals in delivering comprehensive HR services to approximately 4,000 employees across China. This includes supporting multiple legal entities and providing tailored services for merger and acquisition projects. Your primary responsibilities will be focused on three key areas:
1. HR Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
2. HR Advisory & Employee Lifecycle Management
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Key Enabler: HR Systems & Digitalization: You and your team will be the key owners of HR systems, including the global Workday platform and local systems (payroll, leave management, etc.). A critical part of your role will be to drive digitalization and synergize these systems to maximize efficiency and user experience.
Who You Are
We are looking for a curious and passionate leader with a minimum of 13 years of experience in HR, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Service Manager or similar leadership capacity.
