Internal Communications – HR
- Develop and drive communications framework to engage and inspire employees around the company’s vision, values, business objectives and milestones to become brand ambassadors
- Develop channel strategy to deliver the messaging framework to reach employees with information they care about
- Partner with HR and recruiting teams to drive inspirational communications around employer branding to help retain existing employees and recruit best-in-class talent
- Partner with leadership to create compelling employee communication campaigns that support the foster a strong sense of connection across teams.
- Manage communications around organizational updates, milestones, and change initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Content Creation & Design: Create visually engaging and informative content, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, branded assets, newsletters, and one-pagers, to support digital projects and initiatives.
Employer Branding and Alignment
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance our employer brand visibility in the industry.
- Partner with HR, talent acquisition, and marketing teams to design and implement strategies to attract top talent in the region.
- Leverage branding initiatives to elevate the company narrative as an employer of choice, emphasizing culture, values, and career growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to engage employees and foster a cohesive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal deliverables such as internal news articles, personnel announcements, newsletters, videos, internal reports, meeting and town-hall materials and intranet content
- Project manage, plan and prepare material for effective rollout
- Develop and execute internal communications strategy/plans
- Draft business leadership and internal messages
- Develop and implement communications initiatives aligned to business priorities to engage, educate, and inspire employees/users
- Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects
