As the Culture & OD Co-ordinator you’ll act as a key support system for the team, you will ensure the efficient operation of our learning systems and cultural initiatives, embodying our commitment to an inclusive and engaging workplace environment. Your role is multifaceted, involving the setup of learning programs, management of employee data across key platforms, and coordination of events and workshops with meticulous attention to detail. You'll handle financial management tasks, support internal communication efforts, and contribute to strategic reporting and analysis. Please note the successful applicant can be based in Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a part-time role, 4 days a week. We would also consider 30.4 hours to be worked over 5 days.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate the setup of online learning and workshops within our Learning system, amplifying our commitment to continuous learning.
  • Conduct pre and post-training evaluations, distributing materials as necessary, and gather feedback to measure success and areas for improvement.
  • Be a master of our employee recognition platform, understanding system capabilities and how to navigate back-end functionality.
  • Monitor, analyse and share monthly usage reports to gauge the impact of our initiatives and platform usage.
  • Maintain employee data within Culture & OD systems.
  • Provide assistance and simple troubleshooting to team members for any Culture & OD platforms.
  • Serve as a reliable backup for the Event Coordinator, ensuring continuity and support during leave periods and high-demand phases.
