Recruitment : As per the sanctioned Manpower Budget Sourcing of CVs through (Internal Employees, State Heads , Portals, Consultants),Driving Selection process, Issuing z Offer letters, Driving Campus Hiring , Walk ins Etc
Executing HR Policies : Executing existing HR policies and systems as per mandate given by HOD
Induction: Guiding new managers about induction process and follow ups for First 6 Days Report
Separation Management: Conducting detailed Exit interviews ( with state head and with respective emp.) Preparing Exit analysis.
MIS : Tree Chart updation and circulations as per Time lines , Tree Chart confirmation and salary hold & release list finalized
Employee Connect : Conducting Touch Points with new as well as existing employees on periodical manner and furnishing report to DGM HR
Performance Management : Inducting new Managers about Annual PMS and Confirmation process , Follow-up for PMS and confirmation Forms, Preparation of Sales data, Checking of Forms, Rating calculations, Sales Head Review, Sales Head Sign on Forms, PMS MIS preparation,
HR Projects: Driving HR projects Independently
Driving Initiatives for Employee Satisfaction of Field Sales staff
Communication : Having continues structured communication with All State Heads, Managers with the support of DGM - HR
Operations : Following up State Heads for Last day of working, with Sharing Resignation letter on same day with Operations Team , Handing over offer letter to Operations Team for on boarding process, Cross checking Employee entitlements before dispatch, confirmation and Promotion recommendations sharing with operations team
